How to fight inflammation with exercise
Inflammation is the body's way of healing itself after an injury and protecting itself from infection; but chronic inflammation is associated with different kinds of diseases.
During exercise like running, jumping, jogging, swimming and walking muscle cells release a small protein known as Interleukin 6, IL-6, which fights an inflammation. Any forms of exercise that you can think of will produce the same Interleukin 6. It has several anti-inflammatory effects; it lowers levels of a protein called TNF alpha, which triggers inflammation in the body.
It prevents the effects of a protein known as interleukin 1 beta, which triggers inflammation that can damage the cells in the pancreas. The quantity of IL-6 release by muscles is determined by quality of time spent during exercise, the longer you engage in exercise, the more IL-6 will be released into your body.
Regular exercise induces a strong anti-inflammatory effect on the body and it prevents an inflammation. It also increases levels of protein, known as Interleukin-15 (IL-15), in muscle cells. IL-15 regulates the accumulation of abdominal fat, with higher levels of IL-15 providing protection against abdominal fat buildup.
Regular exercise should be used as part of the treatment for chronic inflammatory diseases. Exercise serves as natural, anti-inflammatory and metabolism-improving 'drug'. It can be useful for treating type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular disease.

Cell segregation prevents cancer spread
Proper development of organs leads to cells segregation. In many tissues, ephrins are present in one cell population and Eph receptors in the other.
When these cells come into contact, ephrins bind to their receptors, triggering signalling inside both cells that stops them from mixing.
When cells of different types contacted each other, they rebounded in opposite directions, this repulsion is the main force separating the cell types to form different borders.
In a normal condition, N-cadherin suppresses repulsion between 'like' cells. This suppression is vital for 'like' cells to stick together, and to prevent them from invading 'non-like' cells enabling a sharp border to form between different cell.
Ephrins and their receptors work to keep cells in the right places, and the critical role of N-cadherin to keep like-cells together. But cancer cells cross borders and spread through the body.

Warm planet may increase diabetes
Global warming is increase in temperature of the earth surface, warm temperature will deactivate the use of brown fat in the body.
Diabetes occurs when the amount of sugar in the blood is too much because the body cannot use it properly.
If the global warming continues it may increase diabetes by making brown cell inactive for a long period of time.
Brown fat is very active in winter, when the temperature is cold. People with type 2 diabetes can be expose to cold regularly to improve the use of insulin. It can also leads to production of new brown fat cells in the body.

Intensive medical attention can reverse type 2 diabetes
Diabetes mellitus DM is a group of diseases associated with high blood sugar, common symptoms are: increased thirst, increase hunger and frequent urination.
When pancreas failed to produce enough insulin - type 1 or when body failed to respond to insulin properly - type 2 are the common types of diabetes.
Correct combination of medications, insulin and lifestyle therapies for three to four months can reverse type 2 diabetes according to latest study on diabetes.
Bariatric surgery is not the only solution to type 2 diabetes, following standard lifestyle advice from your Doctor, will leads to achieving normal glucose level with the aid of medications.
The oral medication, insulin and lifestyle therapies will give your pancreas rest and decrease fat stores in your body; this will improve insulin production and make your pancreas active.

Vitamin C can kill cancer stem cells
Abnormal cells division in an uncontrollable way is cancer, it can occur in any parts of the body.
Cancer can be treated by surgery, Chemotherapy, radiation therapies, hormonal therapy and synthetic lethality.
Some of these treatments are not effective and are associated with variety of side effects. In some cases, the cancer does not respond to treatment, it is believed that cancer steam-like cells are the reason for reoccurrence and metastasizes.
Vitamin C disrupt the growth of cancer stem cells; in a recent study by Dr Gloria Bonuccelli, Vitamin C proves effective in killing cancer steam-like cells. It is more effective than experimental drugs.
Vitamin C has been proved to be a potent anticancerous agent, it neutralizes cancer steam cells.
Sources of vitamin C are:
Acerola Cherry, Strawberries, Citrus fruits, Papaya, Kiwi, Bell Peppers, Guava, Brussels sprouts, Melon, Dark leafy greens, Tomatoes and Vitamin C tablet.
