How broccoli prevents cancer
Broccoli is an edible plant in the cabbage family, it is very low in saturated fat and cholesterol.
It is a good source of protein, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Pantothenic Acid, Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Selenium, Vitamin A, C, E, K, Folate, Potassium and Manganese.
As little as 12 grams of raw broccoli a day can reduce your risk of developing cancer. Compound in broccoli that are effective against cancer are: phytochemicals, sulforaphane, and indoles.
