Patentiflorin A more effective for HIV treatment than AZT
Patentiflorin A, is a chemical derived from the willow-leaved Justicia, It is a compound in a plant found in Southeast Asia.
AZT is an anti-viral drug that reduces the amount of HIV virus in the body and reduces the risk of developing AIDS.
Pateniflotin A is more effective than
AZT for treating HIV virus at the early stage of the infection and when the
virus enters macrophage cells.
It's also effective against drug resistance strains of HIV virus, it may be useful in future for producing better HIV drug.

Legumes can lower risk of type 2 diabetes
Common legumes are: lentils, soybeans, peanut, beans, alfalfa, clover, mesquite, carob and tamarind. Lentil is the best legumes in lowering risk of type 2 diabetes.
Legumes contain calcium, magnesium, and potassium. Bioactive compounds in legumes improve metabolism and lower risk of type 2 diabetes.
Researchers from Unit of Human Nutrition at the Universitat Roviva I Virgili Spain analyzed the effects of exchanging legumes with other foods.
The researchers examined 3,349 people who did not have type 2 diabetes, and monitored them for four years and discovered that those with higher intake of legumes were 35 percent less likely to develop type 2 diabetes than their counterparts that consumed less.

How broccoli prevents cancer
Broccoli is an edible plant in the cabbage family, it is very low in saturated fat and cholesterol.
It is a good source of protein, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Pantothenic Acid, Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Selenium, Vitamin A, C, E, K, Folate, Potassium and Manganese.
As little as 12 grams of raw broccoli a day can reduce your risk of developing cancer. Compound in broccoli that are effective against cancer are: phytochemicals, sulforaphane, and indoles.
