Standing increases the risk of heart disease
Predominately standing jobs increases
the risk of heart disease than sitting,
Researchers discovered that people were likely to develop heart disease, back problems and spontaneous abortions if they are predominately standing all day.
Standing causes blood to pool down towards the legs by putting more stress on the heart to circulate it back up.
People engaging in standing jobs must sit at intervals in order to prevent the risk of developing heart disease.
Researchers examined different people on their work habits based on if they predominantly sat, stood or combination of both. Men were 39 percent less likely to develop heart disease while women were 80 percent more likely to develop heart disease than those that were sitting. This shows that standing was more damaging to health than sitting while at work.
Prolonged standing on the job has been linked to a variety of health problems including varicose veins known as spider veins, they are more common in the legs because of the heightened pressure on them from excessive standing. Prolonged standing can leads to pain, discomfort and cardiovascular problem.

Eating protein three times in a day maintains muscle strength
Human organs, tissues, muscles and hormones are made from proteins, the protein in foods is used by every part of the body for proper development.
Eating protein three times in a day could maintain muscle strength in old age. Frequently eating foods rich in protein is linked to improved mobility in elderly men.
Breaking down of protein occurs rapidly in older people, adding protein to every meal of the day stimulate muscle building and strength. It also replace protein loss due to breakdown.
Muscle protein is constantly being broken down and built back in older people, eating protein throughout the day balance the protein levels in the body.
Eating enough protein is necessary to build and maintain healthy muscle mass, protein is important for bodybuilding. Foods rich in protein are: egg, beans, fish, lentils, yogurt, milk, chicken, turkey, beef, nuts and seeds.

Urogenital infection can cause male infertility
Male infertility contributes to fifty percent of all infertility cases. In 6-10% the cause is an urogenital infection. The
main cause of inflammatory disease in the male genital tract are sexually transmitted pathogens.
The diagnostic evaluation of urogenital infections in most patients with infertility is hindered by an asymptomatic primary chronic disease course.
Asymptomatic inflammatory reactions are found in 25% of men who undergo testicular biopsy for infertility.
It was discovered that after acute inflammation of the epididymis, in 10% of cases no sperm was found in the ejaculate in the long term, and in 30% the number of spermatozoa were reduced; in 60% of men affected by an infection of the epididymis, the testes were affected too.
In such cases, testicular atrophy with permanent loss of spermatogenesis is a much feared complication.
If pathogens are detected in the male genital tract, eradicating antibiotic therapy is indicated.
However, this dies not guarantee that the quality of sperm will not be permanently affected or that the outcome will not be infertility.

Graying hair increases the risk of heart disease
An observational study presented at the EuroPrevent 2017 conference of the European Society of Cardiology suggests that the risk of heart disease is high for adult men with more gray hair.
The researchers examined 545 adult men with coronary artery disease and divided them into several groups according to amount of their gray hair.
Level of gray hair is gradeded into four: 1 for pure black hair, 2 for more black hair than white, 3 for equal amount of black and white, 4 for more white than black hair and 5 for pure white hair.
Multivariate regression analyses was used and discovered that age, level of gray hair, high blood pressure, and dyslipidemia predicted atherosclerosis coronary artery disease differently.
Patients with coronary heart disease had greater whitening grade level, hair graying shows real age and indicates cardiovascular risk.
